Foraged wild black berries from the Adelaide Hills + local Fleurieu Peninsula strawberries and blueberries.
The foraging adventure led us to the creation of a gin that reflects the essence of the berries gathered. We only use whole foods, no added colours or flavours.

Berry Fizz
45ml LPS Foraged Berry Gin
30ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
Shake with ice.
Strain over ice in tall glass, top with soda & add mint and strawberry!
