  • If you’re in SA, you should receive your order in 3-4 business days. If you’re beyond this state, please allow 5-10 business days.

  • Never fear, please reach out to the Cut Hill Distillery team directly info@cuthilldistillery.com.au and we will check in and seek to change before goods are despatched. Please supply new delivery location with this enquiry.

  • Please kindly send your request to our team info@cuthilldistillery.com.au with all relevant details including the exact delivery address. We will be in touch with the information you require!

  • For simplicity of checking out, we only accept Credit Card payment. This ensures you a secure payment journey.

  • Yes, absolutely. We used a trusted payment gateway – Stripe. Their T’s & C’s ensure that details are always private. For more information, head here https://stripe.com/au/checkout/legal

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please call the distillery on 0438871513 or email info@cuthilldistillery.com.au and we will be happy to assess your request for a credit, refund or exchange of product or the purchase price.

  • Goods are shipped via our preferred courier, WSL, Australia wide.

    Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery to most areas.

    During busy periods we apologise in advance if processing of your order takes a little longer. If you have any questions about specific timeframes to your area please contact us.

    Please note, “special delivery instructions” are a guide only – we can’t guarantee that they will be followed. While every endeavour will be made to do so, it is at the delivery person’s discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to carry out.
